This active HDMI to VGA adapter converts an HDMI video source to a VGA output, allowing connection to legacy VGA monitors, displays, and projectors.
No Drivers or Software
This universal video converter requires no drivers or software and is compatible with any operating system, including Windows, macOS, ChromeOS, and Linux. It works with HDMI-enabled laptops, desktops, tablets, and Chromebooks from all hardware platforms, such as Intel, Nvidia, and AMD. It supports resolutions up to 1920x1200 or 1920x1080 at 60Hz, utilizing the integrated or dedicated GPU for minimal CPU usage.
No External Power Required
The adapter reduces clutter and simplifies setup by eliminating the need for an external power adapter or USB power connection. The Adapter has a compact and lightweight design, making it ideal for travel or on-the-go use. This black video adapter features a 5mm cable outer diameter, and a cable length of 5.8 inches (14.7 cm).
Connect a Primary or Secondary Display
Connect a primary VGA monitor to the host, or add a secondary extended or mirrored display to a workstation. It supports VGA screw-locking cables to prevent the cable from coming loose or accidentally disconnecting.
Note: This video adapter is unidirectional, converting only from an HDMI source to a VGA monitor or display.
